At It Makes Scents Candle Co., all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products. Because our candles and fragrance products are handmade and carefully prepared for each order, we encourage customers to review their selections carefully before completing their purchase.

If you have questions about a product, scent, or order, please feel free to contact us before placing your order, and we will be happy to assist you.

Once an order has been shipped, It Makes Scents Candle Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

Most of our orders are shipped through USPS, and claims can be submitted through the USPS claims process.  If your item arrives severely damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the situation and try our best to assist.
